About Paul
2023 marks Paul Wheeler's 35th year as a real estate broker in the Mount Washington Valley. After earning a degree in forestry from the University of Maine - Orono, he relocated to the Valley, recognizing it as the ideal place to pursue his passions and embrace the quality of life he had always desired. Over the past 30 years, he has found immense enjoyment in his career as a real estate agent. During this time, he dedicated his service to various town boards, including the planning and zoning boards, and he has served as a trust fund trustee.
Professionally, Paul has played an active role in the leadership of the White Mountain Board of REALTORS®, progressing from a Director to eventually becoming the President and earning the title of REALTOR® of the Year. This leadership journey extended to a state level, where he served as a member of the New Hampshire Association of REALTORS® board of directors and held the position of a regional VP. As an agent, he has achieved remarkable milestones including an induction into the Hall of Fame for a national franchise where he also received a prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award.
What Paul has found most rewarding throughout his career is the enduring relationships he has cultivated with his clients. It has become somewhat of a family joke, astonishing his wife and children, that he frequently encounters former clients wherever he travels, whether it be on a cruise, at the summit of a mountain, or on a remote island. He possesses a deep love for living in the mountains of New Hampshire and derives great satisfaction from assisting others in finding the perfect property to experience the same joy and fulfillment he has found in this remarkable region.
