About Emily
My name is Emily Forshay-Crowley. Born in the Azores, I grew up and have lived in Arlington for most of my life. I am a REALTOR®, intent on going beyond the call of duty. My experience of over 25 years helping consumers achieve their goals has prepared me to take on even the most challenging buying and selling scenarios. My success is based on listening carefully to my clients’ wishes; educating them to the marketplace and taking a proactive position in helping them achieve their goals.
I am always available to offer personal, one-to-one help with one of the biggest financial and emotional life decisions one can make. I have received numerous awards (including the Centurion award) for high levels of production. I enjoy doing what I do, and the satisfaction of my client is always priority number one. Therefore, over the years the award that has been most important to me is the Quality Service Award, given for the highest level of customer satisfaction.
I subscribe to the Greater Boston Real Estate Board’s Code of Ethics which goes above and beyond the licensing rules and regulations. I have been a proud member in good standing for over 30 years. When my role is that of Seller agent my fiduciary obligation is to the Seller client. When my role is that of Buyer agent my fiduciary obligation is to my Buyer client. It is precisely in having knowledge and experience in both these types of agency that I am able to best serve my clients.
I am a long-time member in the Arlington Garden Club and volunteer maintaining two civic planters in Arlington. I enjoy making our surroundings beautiful- it lifts the spirit. That extends to real estate – my additional professional training and experience in staging allows me to make a complementary staging consultation available to all my seller clients.
