About Paul
Multi functional Jack of All Trades and Master of....(all of them, lol). I am presently working as a Realtor for SENNE in Cambridge, owner of the Upper Cut Hair Salon in Revere and former antique and collectibles dealer at The Cambridge Antique Market.
After 40 years in the Fashion Industry, I've become a people person. I know what makes people tick and can easily ride with that. I listen to them and hear what they are saying. When stress is running high, I can neutralize it. When spirits are low, I can boost them and when spirits are too high, I can reel them in a bit.
I've learned great negotiating skills from working in the Antique industry for the last 15 years and the Real Estate industry for the past 10. I've also mastered the art of "searching" for my clients and finding what they are looking for and hopefully getting it for the price that is reasonable to both the buyer and seller.
So about 10 years ago, I decided to mix all of these skills together to become a successful REALTOR'. I have been the top sales agent with Century 21 Avon in Cambridge for 2021, 2020, 2019, 2016 and 2014. I intend to keep this trend up, going forward with Senne.
As your seller's agent, my ultimate goal is to sell your house for the highest price, in the shortest amount of time and guide you through the process. I also have an amazing marketing team behind me, 4 incredible matterport photographers who will capture the finer details of your property and who will also put together a virtual tour video of your home and the Senne team that works tirelessly behind the scenes to keep the transactions going smoothly.
As your buyer's agent, I change things up a tad and my goal now becomes to find your perfect home, for the lowest possible price, with no cost to you for my services.
